Living Nativity Practice with Pancakes 10:15 am

Would you consider helping us out? The Living Nativity Committee wants to try out an online scheduling

system for the Living Nativity this Christmas season. It’s an online platform where people can

sign up for tickets and get a scheduled time to come see the event, instead of having to come first come

first serve …. And wait. We are hoping this will help eliminate a lot of wait times and other issues that

we face when offering this event. But we know that going to this kind of platform will bring it’s own

new set of problems that we would like to get a handle on BEFORE the event actually happens! That’s

where you come in. Would you use this online system to sign up for a free pancake breakfast on Sunday,

August 28? The first 50 people signed up will get a ticket and a reserved time for their

pancake breakfast which will be served in the basement after church. The ticket table will be at the end

of the hallway and you will then be directed to the basement at the appropriate time. Remember, the

idea is to mimic the Living Nativity event and see how we can handle the people coming in to present

their “tickets” to attend the event. Thanks for your help in advance!!
